COACHING STAFF

JU Lax Camps are coached by the Jacksonville University lacrosse staff and several highly respected guest coaches from colleges throughout the nation. Schools represented at past and future JU camps include: Rollins, Florida Southern, ERAU, UMass-Lowell, Johns Hopkins, UConn, James Madison, Loyola, Virginia Tech, Louisville, Cincinnati, Navy, Brown, Notre Dame, Detroit-Mercy, Converse, Pfeiffer, Birmingham-Southern, Agnes Scott, SCAD, Robert Morris, Edinborro and more.

is entering her seventh season as the head coach of the JU women's lacrosse team and has compiled a record of 81-34 in her first six years with the Dolphins.

Paul McCord enters his eighth season with the Jacksonville women's lacrosse program in 2018. He has been a staple with the program and for his efforts was elevated from assistant to associate head coach in July 2015.

McCord has directed JU's systems and player development program since his hire in 2011. During his tenure as an assistant, the Dolphins have recorded a 101-36 record and earned 14 NCAA statistical championships and 11 conference championships.

Orashen, a former midfielder with the Dolphins, made the transition from player to coach and entered the role with more experience than any prior coach in JU history. She returned to her alma mater as the top assistant, backed by five years of knowledge of the program’s system which included four ASUN Conference championship titles.

Orashen has been a part of numerous clinics and clubs throughout the east and has been an instrumental role model for girls wanting to learn the sport.
