What is an NCAA Dead Period?

In reaction to Covid-19, the NCAA has elected to impose a period known as a "Dead Period" through July 31st (as of June 5th, 2020). This action restricts our ability to work at camps on or off campus that have NCAA designated "prospects". Prospects are young people in grad years 2021, 2022, and 2023.

It is with profound sadness that we announce that until the NCAA Dead Period is lifted, we cannot work with you, instruct you, or help you to grow as a lacrosse player, if we are recruiting you or not. It is our hope that all governing bodies will agree that children attending camps, clinics or events where they can learn from the best professionals in the sport is essential to their health and well being and safe.

We are working on solutions to this problem and are planning on running weekend camps in the Fall and Winter that are focussed on 2021-2023's, allowing them a camp or clinic environment that they can make up for the lost summer months in their development. We appreciate all the positive feedback we have received and look forward to working with you just as soon as we can!
